Mold Testing & Moisture Assessment

A musty smell or a stain does not always mean mold, and visible mold does not always mean a big problem. Testing and moisture readings turn guesses into information so you can decide what is worth doing and in what order.

We test and assess crawl spaces across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. We take moisture readings of the wood and air, look for signs of growth and, where it helps, collect air or surface samples for laboratory analysis.

Do I need a test to know there is mold?

Not always. If mold is visible, testing may not be needed. Testing helps when there is odor or concern but no clear source.

How long do results take?

Moisture readings are immediate. Laboratory results usually take a few days.
